Completed 1601 Registration Form
Passport sized color photo (head shot – no hats or sunglasses)

Important information:

Players should arrive 30 minutes prior to the tryout start time in order to check-in, receive their numbered scrimmage vest and warm-up. Players should bring appropriate soccer attire including shin-guards and something to drink.
Players are encouraged to attend all scheduled tryouts so they can maximize their opportunity to display their abilities. However, a player must attend at least one session in each age group they would like to be considered in order to be eligible for selection. Player selections are based on a combination of the player’s previous season’s play and performance at tryouts. Player selections and team formation will be made by CVSC’s training vendor in conjunction with the team’s head coach and the Division 1 & 3 Program Director.
All Division 1 player selections and alternates will be posted on www.castrovalleysoccer.com within one week of the last tryout for each group. Selected players will receive a follow up phone call from the head coach confirming the player’s interest in playing on the team. Any player selected for a D1 team will have 1 week to register with CVSC to secure their place on the team. This registration includes a non-refundable Competitive Program Fee (amount to be determined) which is non-refundable. Division 3 player selections will be posted as soon as the Division 1 rosters are finalized.
